How the contracts work

Contracts are typically six months with a two-week escape clause for both you and the candidate. Whether you want to extend the contract after that is up to you.

When both parties are ready to make a permanent commitment to one another, success is almost guaranteed since the bond and trust are already established. Our agreement provides a sliding fee scale if you decide to hire the candidates as full-time employees based on the contract term. 

Relocating full-time candidates to North America

Some of our candidates are interested in moving to Canada. If you decide you want to relocate them to Canada as a full-time employee, we can connect you with our partners for guidance and advice. Alternatively, if you’re comfortable with a fully remote model, you can continue to have candidates work remotely from Brazil indefinitely.
