Referrals are part of Teamit’s DNA.

Over the years, our network has introduced exceptional candidates, shared business opportunities, and connected us with hiring leaders and growing companies. We believe those introductions provide real value and should be rewarded accordingly.

The Teamit Rewards Program was created to financially reward individuals who introduce Teamit to new business opportunities that lead to successful client engagements.

How the Program Works

The program is straightforward.

If you introduce Teamit to a hiring manager, company, division, or decision-maker that becomes a billing client, you may qualify for referral rewards.

Qualified referrals may include:
Your role is simple:
make the introduction and Teamit handles the rest.  

Contractor
Referral Rewards

For contract staffing opportunities:
Once the maximum payout has been reached, the referral reward arrangement for that client concludes.  

Permanent Placement Rewards

For permanent placements:

Referral Limits

Referrers can submit a maximum of three companies per calendar year, but there is no limit to the number of individuals within those companies that can be referred.

This limit applies collectively across both contract and permanent placement opportunities.

There is no limit to the number of reward payments a referrer may receive from approved referrals, provided the referred client remains active and applicable payout caps have not been reached.

Conflict of Interest

Referrals will not qualify where a conflict of interest exists, including situations where the referrer
Teamit reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and resolve any disputes related to referrals or conflicts of interest.

Jamile

Recruiter

Jamile is a Senior Recruiter with over 3 years of experience placing top IT and non-IT talent for North American clients. She began her career in academic research after earning her degree in Honours Psychology from The University of British Columbia, where she developed the analytical and communication skills that now support her work in talent acquisition.

She started recruiting at a leading Canadian staffing agency, where she placed over 80 professionals and generated more than $1.4M in gross margin. Jamile has supported hiring for roles in tech, marketing, operations, and more, across industries like IT, Telecom, Mining, Finance, and Government. She has experience managing the full recruitment cycle and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Her goal is always to find the right match for each candidate and client she works with. 

Born and raised in Brazil, Jamile has also lived in Lima-Peru and Vancouver-Canada before returning to Brazil, where she is currently based in the state of Rio de Janeiro. She speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, traveling, and playing volleyball. She’s deeply curious about people and cultures — and loves any conversation that starts with “What are you reading?”
