Interview Process

Candidates that meet our minimum qualifications to join the Teamit Community and are approved by our Talent Advisors will then proceed through our standard candidate process.

Step 1

Screening Interview 

A one-hour interview is scheduled with your Talent Advisor to get to know you and review your experience.

Step 2

Tehnical Assessment

For technical roles, we will have candidates complete a technical assessment.

Step 3

Cleared for submission to client

Before submitting your application to a client, your Talent Advisor will review the role with you to ensure it meets what you’re looking for.

Step 4

Review by client

Your Talent Advisor will present your candidate profile to the client for review.

Once you’ve worked for a company for a while and both parties have had a positive experience, the risk of relocating becomes minimal, and the client is more likely to sponsor your move. You can also choose to continue to work as a contractor and there is no expectation for you to move to North America. The decision is yours.

Lorena is energetic, always willing to offer a helping hand, and loves connecting with people. She is passionate about recruitment, tech, improving diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, and is an advocate of women and LGBTQIA+ empowerment. Lorena began her career in the tech sector in 2015 where she helped companies with onboarding to create a great employee experience. She lives in Florianópolis, a beautiful island in southern Brazil, and has been living there with her adorable cats, Marvel, Loki, Nakia, Shuri, Wanda and Groot.
